As construction progresses, homeowners may have the opportunity to walk through their home before drywall is installed. This provides a unique look at the framing, mechanical systems, electrical work, and construction quality that make up the foundation of the home.
It’s one of our favourite parts of the process because it gives homeowners a deeper understanding of the craftsmanship and care that goes into every Homes by Bungalow home.
05 — Prepare for Possession
As your home nears completion, we’ll guide you through the final stages of the process.
This includes your pre-delivery inspection and Tarion walkthrough, where we’ll review your home together, answer questions, and help you feel confident in the operation, maintenance, and care of your new home.
We want homeowners to arrive at closing day feeling informed, prepared, and excited.
