Our Leader
Homes by Bungalow began as a family building company, where Nicole Ciarrocchi first learned the industry from the ground up.
While her father developed land and her brother managed construction, Nicole supported the business side—handling operations, bookkeeping, and the day-to-day details that keep a company running. Over time, she developed a deep understanding of both the building process and what homeowners need to feel confident in their decisions.
When the market shifted in 2008, Nicole stepped into a leadership role and began guiding the company forward with a focus on thoughtful design, quality construction, and long-term accountability.
Today, Nicole and her husband Mike lead Homes by Bungalow as a family-run business built on clear communication, attention to detail, and a commitment to supporting homeowners long after possession.
